I guess it's because of lower penetration of computer devices. If they have the mobile infrastructure in place, they might as well penetrate those markets with 3G than lay down broadband connectivity.

There are N no. of movies in which there are parts that can lead to controversial outcomes.
Infact in all movies there is atleast one part like this. Be it a saathiya where the girl and guy run away and get married or be it a raja hindustani where the rich women marries a poor man. Though we did hear a lot of ppl running away and getting married after saathiya,we dint hear much controversy for raja hindustani becoz not a lot of rich women liked the idea of getting married to a poor guy.
So basically wht i am trying to say is that no movie or book can be blamed for a person beh. just becoz it propogated a perticular idea.
It is the person in which somewhere ideologies like this already linger and when a story like this comes along, their latent impulses come to a forefront becoz they CHOOSE to focus on that part of the movie that "supports" these urges
and then ppl use the movie or book as a scape goat.
Its sad that the 'janta' finds it easier to blame ...than actually make efforts to find the real reason WHY barely-teenage children are committing suicide or such educated young adults are behaving in such inappropriate ways!
